Water sprays from the stems of the Bloom, up through and deflecting off its floral clusters, showering water players below. The blooming canopy casts additional shade coverage on the play pad.
In hot weather, the Bloom splash pad is often used as a way for tourists to cool down, giving visitors a refreshing break from the sun and heat.
